Crazy about shoes, anyone?

The Ministry of Tourism had organised a 1 Malaysia International Shoe Festival for the first time in Malaysia, which was held at the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) in Kuala Lumpur.

It opened from the 2nd to 4th April 2011 for VIPs, businessmen and representatives from important companies, and from the 7th to 10th April 2011 for the public.

Dato' Jimmy Choo, world-renowned London-based Malaysian shoemaker made his appearance.

This "dress" in particular caught my attention. This Cinderella dress has got bits of glass pieces on the surface! Creativity ahhh.

There's even glass with sharp ends poking out out of the shoes! But of course, it's fake glass. I still wonder how does one put on the shoes though.

I like the slogan - Walking in unity, sole of the nation :)
